A.  In order to use the Services provided by WakeUpWell web site, you will be asked for certain personally identifiable information such as name, email address, shipping and billing address, credit card and other information. B.  WakeUpWell will not collect personally identifiable information from Users while they use the web site, unless they voluntarily provide it to us or authorize us to collect such information. For example, if User purchases products or services, User will be required to provide information to complete the purchase transaction.

F. WakeUpWell may, from time to time, send or post surveys or requests for User feedback in order to help us make our web site and services better. Any responses we receive from Users will be used only to evaluate our web site and services and no personally identifiable information from respondents will be shared with any non-employees of WakeUpWell. 

G. WakeUpWell may, from time to time, send notices about special offers or promotions. If User signs up to participant in any of these, we will collect User’s email address.

A.  WakeUpWell does collect and track certain non-personally identifiable information, including, but not limited to, IP numbers and browser type, access times, domain names, usage habits and other information which does not specifically identify any individual. B. WakeUpWell may use and disclose non-personally identifiable information for any number of reasons, including but not limited to, working with business partners and improving our web site and services.

V. Does WakeUpWell Have A Newsletter?

A.  WakeUpWell regularly sends out newsletters or weekly emails (collectively hereinafter referred to as the "Newsletter(s)") to all WakeUpWell Users (that ‘opt-in’). In these Newsletters, we may inform you about new features from WakeUpWell and about upcoming new products or services, if any. 

B.  You may choose to unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time by sending an email to the link provided at the end of each Newsletter.

VI. Does WakeUpWell Use Cookies and Web Beacons?

VII. Is My Information Private With WakeUpWell’s Merchants and Advertisers? 

A. The WakeUpWell web site may contain links to various other 3rd-party web sites and the external web sites of our advertisers and/or 3rd-party partners. Each of these web sites may have a Privacy Policy that differs from that of WakeUpWell. The privacy practices of other web sites linked to us are not covered by this Privacy Policy. B.  The only information that may be shared between WakeUpWell and one of our advertiser or 3rd-party partner web sites is that which pertains to information used in the furtherance of tracking an order and providing User with correct information regarding same. 

C.  Order information, including order numbers and amounts, may be available to WakeUpWell, advertisers and 3rd-party partners for accurate tracking purposes. User information will not be released by WakeUpWell unless it is requested by User.

VIII. What About Data Security? 

A.  To ensure the security of User data, including address information and credit card numbers, WakeUpWell always uses industry-standard encryption technologies (Secure Socket Layer – SSL) when transferring and receiving User data on our web site. 

B. WakeUpWell has instituted appropriate security measures that protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from Users, however, even the most secure web sites cannot guarantee, with 100% certainty, that User information will be protected from hackers and other criminal elements, and WakeUpWell assumes no liability for any User information that might be stolen. 

C. WakeUpWell requires that our advertisers and 3rd-party partners ensure the security of the data that Users provide to them, however, in the event of a breach of their security measures, User agrees that WakeUpWell will not be liable for any loss or damage to User.

D.  WakeUpWell limits access to personal information about Users to employees for whom we reasonably believe it is necessary, in order to provide products or services. 

E. WakeUpWell has physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with international regulations to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our web site. B. User may also choose to opt-out of certain communications from WakeUpWell, such as our Newsletter.

D.  WakeUpWell is not responsible for removing User’s personally identifiable information from the lists of any advertiser or 3rd-party partner who has previously been provided your information in accordance with this Policy.

XI. Where Is The Web Site Located?

The WakeUpWell web site is maintained from within the United States. If User is located outside of the United States, by using our web site, User authorizes the export of personally identifiable information to the United States and its storage and use as specified in these Policies.
